Broad Beans fry



Ingredients:
Avaraikai/Indian Beans - 150gms
Onion - 1/2 medium
Hing - a pinch
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
shredded Coconut  - 3 or 4 tspn
salt - to taste
water - as req.
Oil - 1 tspn

Seasoning:

Mustard seeds - 1tspn
Channa dhal  -1 tspn
Urad dhal  - 1 tspn
Curry leaves -  1 sprig

Method:

Heat the oil in a pan and add the seasoning items(Mustard,dhals,curry leaves)
Once the mustard seeds start spluttering and the dhal turns brown, add the chopped onion and the Hing
Fry for a min and add the chopped B.beans and leave it for couple of mins to fry
Now add the Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder,water and close with the lid until the beans are done
Finally add the shredded coconut and fry until it becomes dry.
