Ingredients:
Cooked Rice -1 1/2cup ,preferably Refridgerated
Garlic - 4 big cloves,Grated or finely chopped
Onion - 1/2 medium ,Chopped
Frozen Veggies - 1/4 cup(Carrots,Peas)
Egg - 5
Soy sauce - 1+1 tbspn
Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 tspn+2 tbspn
Scallion/Green Onion - 2 sticks
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Olive Oil - 2+1 tspn
Method:
1. Heat the 1 tbspn oil in a Pan and fry the Grated Garlic in a very low flame for 2mins and add the onions , Frozen Veggies,salt to it and cover for 3mins or until the veggies are done.
2.Once the Veggies are done,Remove it from flame and tranfer to different bowl.
3.Mix the Eggs with 2 tbspn oil,salt,1 tbspn Soy sauce,1 tspn Chilli Garlic paste in a cup and pour it in the same pan,leave it for 1min in a medium flame and scrammble the eggs into pieces.
