Ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 1 lb/1/2kg -Preferably boneless,skinless(Cut into small 1-inch pieces)
Onion - 1(small),chopped
Red chillies - 2(cut into half,seeded)+16(cut into 1/2inch pieces,seedless) or to taste
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required
Method:
Heat the oil in pan,add 2(cut into half) Red chilles and Onion to it and fry for 2mins
Now add the Chicken,salt and the remaining red chillies at the same time and turn the flame into low and cook it for 20-30mins or until the chicken tends-Do not cover.
It goes well with White Rice.Simple and Easy.Try out soon.Very YUM!!!!
